About this role
Shift Operations: Execute shift plans and maintain reliable high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) power distribution systems.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, breakers, transformers, and control panels (MCC/PCC).
Breakdown Management: Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize plant downtime and coordinate with production teams.
Safety Compliance: Enforce electrical safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and statutory compliance standards.
Team Guidance: Supervise shift technicians, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance or contractor activities.
Required skills
Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics, knowledge of VFDs/drives, and familiarity with PLC/DCS control systems.
