SECURITY INCHARGE

Manage overall plant security operations and security personnel. Supervise security guards, supervisors and shift teams. Control main gate entry/exit, visitor movement and vehicle checking. Maintain security of plant premises, stores, warehouses and critical areas. Prepare and implement security procedures, access-control systems and emergency protocols. Conduct regular security rounds, inspections and surprise checks. Handle incidents such as theft, unauthorized entry, disputes and security breaches. Coordinate with local police, administration and emergency services when required. Maintain security records, registers, reports and incident documentation. Conduct security drills and training for security staff. Monitor CCTV surveillance and access-control systems. Ensure proper security arrangements during shift changes, dispatches and plant operations.
