Ensure the knowldege metal packing/breaking/sizing(process simn/femn etc)
Ensure to Achieve daily packing target & mainten the record of day to day activities for reporting to head of department
Ensure the Envolument in loading & unloading activities of material as per requirement
Ensure to proper identification of metal & slage while sizing & other activites
Ensure to cleaniless of concerned area
Ensure to maintenance the health and safety norms for manpower engaged in working
Required skills
Weighing & Packaging Operations: Oversight of automated or semi-automated packing lines, including jumbo bag (FIBC) filling, HDPE bag stitching, and automated/manual weighing scales. Grade Identification & Marking: Ensuring correct labeling, stenciling, or tagging of finished alloy bags with product grades, batch numbers, net/gross weights, and company branding to prevent mix-ups. Equipment Familiarity: Working knowledge of industrial weighing bridges, bag-stitching machines, fork-lifts, pallet jacks, and overhead or gantry cranes used in the packing yard.
