About this role
Coordinate with the Sales Team, Customers and Management.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales documents.
Maintain customer and sales data in Excel/ERP/CRM.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments and deliveries.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics and accounts departments.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Handle customer queries and provide order-related information.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, orders and customer communications.
Support the sales team with required documents and information.
Monitor pending orders and follow up for closure.
Perform general back-office and administrative tasks.
