About this role

A Plant Head directs overall manufacturing facility operations, aligning daily production, quality standards, and resource allocation with strategic business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production: Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, production schedules, and asset capacity to meet delivery and output targets.Quality & Safety: Enforce strict quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (such as ISO standards).Cost & Resource Management: Control operational budgets, minimize waste, and optimize the use of machinery and manpower.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor departmental managers and plant staff to foster high performance.Continuous Improvement: Implement strategic initiatives like Lean, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and process optimization

Required skills
